Requirements:

• Must have prior experience in garage door service/repair or installation - Commercial or Residential 

• Valid driver’s license clean driving record and insurable

• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

Raynor Door Authority of Ft. Wayne is looking to hire Garage Door Technicians to join our team. We are a family-oriented company that specializes in residential garage doors, commercial garage doors, specialty doors, entry doors, patio doors, and dock equipment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Installations: Install new garage door systems, operators, and other products in both residential and commercial settings. 

Service: Diagnose and repair problems that may arise with customers' garage doors. Be a problem solver. 

Timeliness: Show up on time and ready to work. 

Record Keeping: Document what your work, the parts used, and the time spent on the job in our internal database upon completion of a job. 

Teamwork: Be a team player. Many of our jobs require more than one technician to get the job done. You must be able to work well with others. 

Safety: Be an active proponent of safety, this means not taking risks, and keeping an organized workspace to avoid trips and falls. Your safety and wellbeing are our top priorities
